Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management tool, which will give you total command over your e-mailboxes and email campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate interface, you can create a brand new e-mail account in no time and administer its settings with ease. In addition, you can redirect emails from one email box account to another, set up e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and guard your email box accounts against junk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your mailbox accounts against spam messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your email messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific email mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming e-mail messages according to certain rules set by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can easily set up a filter for any of your email box accounts and modify the filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one e-mail box account to another, or even to a number of other email boxes. Simply select the e-mailbox account you wish to forward mail messages from, then select the destination mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your preference to access your email boxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you wish to set up on your desktop computer or cellular phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email mailbox will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple mailboxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
